Growing up in Middle Tennessee, Baird Graham has a respect and understanding of the traditions, landscape and architecture which uniquely define this area.

After attending Hillsboro High School in the heart of Green Hills and then the University of Tennessee, he became an early entrepreneur buying an iconic Knoxville tavern. Baird went on to begin buying rental properties and earned his general contractors license in 2006. During this challenging time, he continued remodeling homes and built a 15 home neighborhood – establishing a reputation for attention-to-detail using timeless craftsmanship and creating homes with architectural integrity.

A father of three, he’s an avid outdoorsman and conservationist managing his 700-acre Missouri farm inside a 5,000-acre conservation area affectionately named Pinhook. He is an active member of Ducks Unlimited and Delta Waterfowl.
